Detailing Services

Our Signature Detail package includes a full exterior wash and dry, clay bar treatment, hand wax application, interior vacuum and wipe down, leather conditioning, and window cleaning. This is our most popular package for maintaining your vehicle's showroom shine.

We recommend our Signature Detail every 3-4 months for daily drivers, or before and after long trips. For high-end vehicles or collectors, our Executive Detail every 2 months helps maintain peak condition. Seasonal details (especially before winter) are also highly beneficial.

CAREFULL uses only premium, industry-leading products and techniques. Our specialists undergo 200+ hours of training, and we maintain a 1000 sqft climate-controlled facility. We offer a 14-day guarantee on all work and use paint thickness gauges to ensure safe correction levels.

Booking & Appointments

For our basic services, we typically have availability within 3-5 days. For our premium packages (Executive and Concours), we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. Ceramic coating appointments should be scheduled at least 2 weeks ahead due to the 48-hour curing process.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 fee. For ceramic coating or paint correction appointments, a 50% deposit is required at booking which is refundable with 48 hours notice.

We offer limited mobile detailing for clients within 10 miles of our flagship location, with a $75 travel fee. Due to the specialized equipment required for our premium services, we recommend visiting our climate-controlled facility for best results, especially for ceramic coatings and paint correction.

Pricing & Packages

Our pricing reflects the premium products, extensive training, and meticulous attention to detail we provide. We use only professional-grade products (like Gtechniq and Sonax), invest in advanced tools (Rupes polishers, paint thickness gauges), and our specialists average 5+ years experience. The results and longevity speak for themselves.

We offer 15% off for first-time clients, 10% military/veteran discount, and seasonal promotions (typically spring and fall). Our Maintenance Membership provides 20% off all services with quarterly details. We also offer fleet discounts for 3+ vehicles.

Final pricing considers vehicle size (compact, sedan, SUV, etc.), condition (level of contamination, swirl marks), and any additional services requested. Our quotes are always transparent with no hidden fees. A Mercedes S-Class will typically take longer and cost more than a Honda Civic due to more surfaces and higher attention to detail required.

Aftercare & Maintenance

For the first 7 days: Avoid washing, heavy rain, or getting the car wet. After 7 days: Use only pH-neutral shampoos (we recommend Gtechniq W6), avoid automatic car washes with brushes, and don't wax over the coating. We provide complimentary inspections at 6 and 12 months to ensure optimal performance.

We carry a curated selection of professional-grade maintenance products: Gtechniq W6 shampoo for washing, CarPro Reload for quick detailing, Gyeon Q2M Quick View for glass, and ColourLock Leather Shield for interiors. Our detailers will recommend specific products based on your vehicle's needs after each service.

With proper maintenance: Signature Detail lasts 2-3 months, Executive Detail 3-4 months, and Concours Detail 6+ months. Ceramic coatings last 2-5 years depending on the product and maintenance. We offer maintenance washes to extend these results at 25% off for returning clients.
